One to One Yoga
Are you recovering from an injury or illness or would like some one to one attention to improve your Yoga practice? In our private sessions we tailor Yoga and Somatic Movement to your personal needs, allowing your bodies self healing capacity to be ignited, helping to restore you to full health. Studio space is available or why not schedule a class in your own home.
Deirdre is also qualified in First Aid and is fully insured to teach Yoga to adults and teenagers.
